Administrative Assistant / Receptionist

Missoula International School seeks an Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to provide administrative and staff support to the general organizational operations as well as serve as the front office receptionist.  The Administrative Assistant will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, communicate clearly and effectively, have versatile technology skills, and an interest in the education of young people.  

Previous experience and involvement with nonprofit culture and experience in a school setting is a plus.  Strong writing and communication skills are a necessity.  Proficiency in Google Suite programs, web-based website management software, web-based databases, web-based email software, web-based design programs is desired.

Substitute Teacher 

MIS is always seeking substitute teachers to join our team. Experience in a school setting and Spanish fluency is preferred.

Teachers and staff at Missoula International School work together to inspire principled global citizens and lifelong learners through a challenging bilingual education for students and work constantly to translate this into daily classroom practice. We are preschool through eighth grade, and immerse students in Spanish as a second language beginning at age three.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree required, previous experience working with children required, Spanish fluency preferred, and background check mandatory.
